Disclaimers and limitation of liability – AbleOps is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. – To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbleOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. – AbleOps total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid to AbleOps in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
